1.1  Liability Policy

 

RouteX is not liable for any claims to personal injury or property damage that occur during or is caused by activities provided by our third-party providers. All of our activities are provided by external vendors that have their own liability policies and insurance coverage for you. RouteX ensures that information about each activity’s respective liability policies and insurance coverage will be detailed in the activity’s information, if available. For further clarification on activity liability policy, drop us a message at help@routex.co.
 

1.2  Cancellations Policy

 

Booking cancellations are allowed with full deposit refund with at least 24 hours notice. If done within 24 hours prior to the trip, cancellations are allowed without any refund. This rule is enacted to ensure fair treatment to the driver/activity provider since prior arrangements have been made to reserve your booking. All cancellations are to be requested via email to help@routex.co.
